Addition of features to the company's flagship product "PACS". I also provided software installation/updates and third-level support.
Developed and maintained features for the company's flagship product "PACS". Provided unit testing and technical documentation.
Handling of incidents, inquiries, and change requests in the medical field, including support for Microsoft/Linux systems and ICT applications, with ticketing (Jira) on behalf of the City of Vienna (WIGEV and municipal authorities).
